Bear Country Realty is a division of Culbert's Missabe Appraisal Service Inc., and has continued under its present ownership since 1993. The Company President/Broker, Betty C. Culbert is the daughter of Walter W. Culbert, the original founder of Culbert's Missabe Appraisal Service, Inc.

Bear Country Realty specializes in Buyer Representation, as well as, listing properties (seller representation). We market and sell residential, commercial, lake, and vacant land. We pride ourselves with excellent customer service and believe inhard work, honesty and treating every client as if they were family.

Bear Country Realty is a member of the Multiple Listing Service in St. Louis, Lake, Cook, and Itasca Counties, and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Ethics in Real Estate
